Questions about pricing

Start with the AI Receptionist (from $399/month) and add only what your practice needs. Every product is priced on its own volume — calls, appointments or leads — and every price is per location, month-to-month, with no setup fees.
The 30-day free trial covers the AI Receptionist. Add-ons bill from launch, and the trial converts automatically on day 31. You can cancel any time.
That's all the calculator needs. You tell us your total inbound calls and your appointments per working day, and we work out how many calls the AI will actually handle and how many appointments need confirming or recall outreach.
Nothing changes mid-month. There are no overage charges, and we never interrupt service. We'll review your volume with you at renewal and right-size your plan if needed.
Take Confirmations and Recall together and each line is 10% off. With 3 or more locations, 10% comes off the combined total. Each location is priced on its own volume first.
Insurance Verification works with Dentrix (server), Open Dental and Eaglesoft. It isn't available yet for other systems — the calculator will tell you if yours is one of them.
